3. Roll out the finished dough into a layer, 0.8 - 1 mm thick and cut out circles with a glass. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.

Important: You can make the dough yourself for this you need: 250 g of flour, 150 ml of water, 1 tsp. with top dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Knead and stand for 30 minutes.

4. Put a meatball on each circle, wrap it in the dough like pies, roll it into a bun and put it on a baking sheet, seam down.

5. Cut from above in the form of a cross and slightly stretch the ends of the dough. Top with whipped yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We need: for 12 pies

  • 6 pcs crab sticks
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 1 pc egg
  • 300-400 g of puff pastry (frozen)
  • sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Pickled cucumbers and processed cheese, cut into thin cubes.

2. We unfold the crab sticks and divide them into two parts. On each part, put a piece of cucumber and processed cheese, wrap it in a tube. We do this with all the crab sticks.

3. Defrost the dough and roll it out on a layer, divide into squares, according to the number of sticks received. Wrap each stick in dough, roll.


4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put rolls, grease with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with.

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 130 -150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 pc onion
  • 6 pcs cherry tomato
  • 80 g ham (sausages, chicken)

Preparation:

1.Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and put them in cold water. We rinse, decant the water and squeeze out the potatoes. Transfer to a bowl.

2. Drive an egg into the potatoes, salt, pepper and add flour, mix everything.

3. Take a frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm, pour in vegetable oil and lay out the potato dough. Spread the dough over the entire surface in an even layer. We put on medium heat, cover and fry for 4-5 minutes.


Turn over to the other side, first on a plate, and then put in a frying pan. This is done in order not to break the cake. On the other side, also fry for 4-5 minutes, covered.

We take a shallow baking sheet, grease with vegetable oil and transfer the pizza base to it. Preheat the oven.

Preparation:

2. Take a frying pan (cold), grease with vegetable oil and pour out the dough, distribute it evenly over the surface.


3. Grease the dough with sauce, a brush, according to the dough.

4. Prepare the filling: cut onion, tomato, pepper into thin rings. Cut the ham and sausage into large pieces. Grate the cheese.

5. Form the pizza: spread the onion over the dough, then the tomato, pepper, sausage and ham. Sprinkle with cheese and Provencal herbs on top. Cover with a lid and set on low heat.


We bake for 10-12 minutes, do not open the lid until tender. The pizza is ready when the cheese melts. Put the basil leaves on the finished pizza.
